Project: Residential Subdivision Lakewood Plat (Lakewood, Snohomish County, WA)
AEC prepared the project
feasibility for the proposed 62 Acre site. AEC conducted septic analysis
and winter water table monitoring to obtain Snohomish County Department
of Health approval before making an application for a 20-Lot Rural Cluster
Subdivision. Challenges on this site included streams, wetlands, poor
soils, and high seasonal groundwater tables. AEC has provided surveying,
site planning, engineering design, and permitting services for this proposed
subdivision. The project has been approved with conditions. In addition
to twenty 1+ acre lots, the project has provided for preserved wetlands
and streams, native growth protection areas, and community trails and
open space for future residents enjoyment. Rosewood Short Plat (Bellevue, WA)
AEC provided surveying, site planning, engineering design, permitting services, construction staking, and as-built surveying for this 7-lot subdivision. Construction of plat improvements was completed in 2000, with homes completed in 2001-2002.
