Projects: Land Surveying Enumclaw Wastewater Treatment Plant (Enumclaw, WA)
In 2003 AEC provided as-built topographic surveying and mapping services for the existing Enumclaw Wastewater Treatment Plant. The as-built topographic survey mapping was used in preparation for upgrades to the existing wastewater treatment plant.
This 51+ acre site is a mixed use project, including commercial and multifamily development, as well as a potential City Hall site for the City of Bonney Lake. AEC is presently assisting the developers of the Bonney Lake Town Center site with construction staking services for the phase 1 and phase 2 of site grading under Stage 1 of site development. Clearing began in the Summer of 2003; site development will be completed in Fall of 2004. Redmond Place – Redmond, Washington
Our land surveying department specializes in construction staking. Our staff provided on-call construction staking services through all construction phases of this project. If the contractor had questions or needed various points staked in the field, our crew was able to be on-site within 24 hours. Our staff has construction staking experience in single family, multi-family, small commercial, large commercial, large plats, municipal roadways and utilities, records of surveys. Redmond Place was completed and approved for occupancy in late 2001. Milwaukee Street– Carnation, Washington

and statement of qualifications review process, American Engineering was
selected by the City of Carnation to perform base mapping, engineering
design, construction staking and construction inspection services for
Milwaukee Street renovation during 1999. Our municipal clients appreciate
