Bonney Lake Town Center (Bonney Lake, WA)

This 51+ acre site is a mixed use project, including commercial and multifamily development, as well as a potential City Hall site for the City of Bonney Lake. AEC prepared project feasibility for site development, of which a major tenant will be a 124,000 sq.ft. Target store. AEC assisted in preparing site surveying, planning and engineering for obtaining site development permits for the Target store, as well as additional commercial sites to be included in Stage 1 of the development. Future stages will include multi-family development, as well as the potential City Hall site.

Pacific Raceways (Kent, WA)

American Engineering has worked closely with the owners of Pacific Raceways in obtaining various clearing, grading and conditional use permit amendments while the owners work to renovate the 62 Acre site and make facilities improvements. AEC has assisted in the preparation of the Facilities Renovation Master Plan and will work closely with the owner over the next 5-10 yeas to obtain various permits for a proposed track reconfiguration for the drag strip and the road course, as well as various facilities improvements. Sumner Materials Plant (Sumner, WA)

American Engineering Corporation's (AEC's) Survey Department prepared a detailed As-Built utilities base map for the owners of the site. In addition, AEC has assisted the owners/operators of the site in obtaining various permits for the site over the past 10 years. A major recent accomplishment was the assisting the owners with being reimbursed for extraneous stormwater fees charged by the County for 3 years prior to 2004 for another site they operate in Enumclaw, Washington.

Olhava - Master Plan Development (Poulsbo, WA)

American Engineering Corporation worked in the preliminary and final Site Development and Design stages for the 215 acre Master Plan project. AEC provided surveying and engineering services and also permitting assistance. After initial logging of the site AEC field surveyed 52 acres of the site in less than 3 weeks in preparation for final grading design for the site. The Master Plan site uses include Professional Office, Commercial, Multi-family, as well as a portion of the site which was dedicated for the new Olympic College.
