"I have worked with Einar Gundersen over the past 24 years. Most recently Einar and the staff at American Engineering Corporation assisted Tri-State with the feasibility for subdivision and rezone of a 25-acre site in Snohomish County. American Engineering prepared the permitting and engineering documents for the approved 93-lot subdivision. "I am a homeowner who approached a municipality requesting permission to remodel my home. The application was denied because the house was served by a 30 year-old septic system. Although the existing septic system was properly functioning, a new septic system, conforming to current Department of Public Health Code was required to be designed and installed in order for the remodel permit to be approved.
